Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Lexicon, Inc. as a Heritage Links Laborer. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks on golf course construction projects, including shoveling, raking, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor tasks on golf course construction projects, including shoveling, raking, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
  • Operate various types of golf course construction equipment.
  • Adhere to all company safety and OSHA regulations.
  • Work overtime and maintain regular punctual attendance.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with golf course construction.
  • Previous experience working on at least one golf course construction project.
  • Ability to read and comprehend company policies.
  • Understanding and/or speaking English.
  • Ability to work unsupervised at times.
  • Ability to learn basic equipment skills.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Requires a considerable amount of bending and stooping.
  • Overtime and weekends work required.
