  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient demographic and financial information, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Support the care team by obtaining necessary applications and forms, verifying signatures, and photocopying/scanning documents.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients regarding financial responsibilities, collecting liabilities, and balancing the cash box daily.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth patient encounters, ensuring all requirements are met.

  • Coordinate patient admissions, bed assignments, and tracking boards, adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records, meeting audit standards and addressing errors promptly.
