As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans to support the recovery and well-being of our clients.

Job Summary:

The Clinician will work in a community-based outpatient clinic, providing therapy services to adults with severe mental illness, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing assessments, individual and group therapy, discharge planning, and referral services. The Clinician will also be responsible for documenting all client contacts in the client's electronic medical record and completing all documentation in accordance with the agency's Quality Assurance standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy to an assigned caseload
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Document all client contacts in the client's electronic medical record
  • Complete all documentation in accordance with the agency's Quality Assurance standards
  • Provide linkage with community resources, such as social, residential, and rehabilitation services
  • Participate in supervision, multi-disciplinary team meetings, and agency committees
Requirements:
  • LCSW/LPC licensure required
  • Experience providing assessments, individual and group therapy, discharge planning, and referral services to adults with severe mental illness, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders
  • Must be billable for services provided to clients with Medicare and private insurance coverage
  • CPR/First Aid Certified or eligible
