- Oversee a Reliability-centered maintenance framework aimed at reducing operational expenses.
- Lead the initiative for Maintenance Excellence within the facility.
- Collaborate with the plant's leadership team to effectively implement Maintenance Excellence practices.
- Strive for Zero Breakdown losses by fostering a proactive and engaged workforce.
- Develop and execute a maintenance strategy to identify early signs of equipment wear.
- Provide guidance to ensure optimal equipment performance standards are met and maintained.
- Ensure that maintenance staff are adequately skilled and qualified to perform their assigned tasks safely and effectively.
- Hold maintenance teams accountable for compliance with established standards and expectations.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations related to in-house equipment.
- Proven ability to lead the Maintenance Excellence initiative.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability, along with familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
