Key Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the project team.
  • Keep construction documents current by managing Addenda, RFIs, IBs, and other relevant information.
  • Support inspection teams in documenting daily construction progress through Daily Reports.
  • Ensure timely review of 3rd Party Monitoring Reports and Test Results, maintaining a log of inspection deficiencies.
  • Document QA/QC activities, ensuring proper filing and compliance.
  • Compile ad-hoc reports for project supervisors as required.
  • Monitor the submittal exchange to guarantee timely reviews by the design team, prioritizing critical submissions.
  • Verify that products match specifications before releasing submittals, notifying supervisors of any discrepancies.
  • Prepare updated submittal logs prior to bi-weekly project meetings, highlighting outstanding and critical submissions.
  • Maintain an organized on-site file of approved submittals.
  • Track open RFIs and IBs diligently.

Qualifications

  • All personnel must possess, at minimum, OSHA 30 Hour training.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a criminal history background check.
  • Preference for candidates who can commit to the project duration.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Prior experience with OGS projects is highly valued.
  • Experience in secure state facilities is advantageous.

Compensation: Minimum: $70,000 Maximum: $90,000. The range provided reflects the salary that the firm believes is appropriate for this position based on qualifications and location.
