Overview

Las Palmas Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in El Paso, is seeking a Registered Nurse Intermediate Care Temp to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. In collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team, you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

  • RN licensed in the State of Texas/Compact.
  • BCLS certified.
  • Current ACLS.
  • Associates Degree or BSN.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Critical Care Background.
  • Dysrhythmia Recognition.
  • Proficiency in EKG.
