- Demonstrate adaptability and initiative in response to student needs.
- Exhibit approachability, empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with children.
- Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model.
- Comfortable using online platforms for training and resources.
- Collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches.
- Eligibility to work in the United States, completion of a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 48 college credits or passing an IA exam.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or related child-focused roles preferred.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Willingness to adhere to COVID-19 protocols as outlined by the school.
- Ability to move frequently to accomplish tasks or transition between locations.
- Sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Occasional running and other physically demanding activities.
- Ability to navigate safely on uneven terrain regularly.
