Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at ATI, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional care management across the patient's episode of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopedic and sports-related injuries
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Deliver high-quality care management across the patient's episode of care, including initial evaluations, ongoing treatment, and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:
  • Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting optimal outcomes
