Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Coborn's, Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing the Pharmacy department operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and managing employee performance during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Pharmacy department operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Federal, State, and Local laws governing retail pharmacy practice.
  • Work closely with Pharmacy, Store, and Pharmacy District Managers to coordinate site and company initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage employee performance, including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
