Primary Responsibilities

- **Contract Oversight:** Review and confirm adherence to agreements with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- **Project Scheduling:** Assist in the creation and management of project timelines.
- **Material Procurement:** Aid in sourcing materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
- **Budget Oversight:** Participate in budget formulation and updates to financial forecasts.
- **Documentation Management:** Maintain and distribute essential project documents.
- **Information Requests & Submissions:** Manage requests for information and necessary submissions.
- **Modification Orders:** Assist in drafting, submitting, and securing approval for modification orders.
- **Safety Management:** Uphold safety standards across all project activities.
- **Site Inspections:** Conduct regular inspections to ensure project compliance.
- **Blueprint Interpretation:** Accurately read and interpret construction blueprints.
- **Team Meetings:** Attend regular meetings and document discussions.
- **Additional Responsibilities:** Undertake other tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications

**Experience:** 2-5 years in the construction sector.
- **Education:** A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Knowledge of Approval Processes:** Familiarity with the development approval process is advantageous.
- **Construction Knowledge:** General understanding of residential and commercial construction practices.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Listening Skills:** Strong listening skills to effectively engage with supervisors, clients, and colleagues.
- **Positive Attitude:** Maintain an optimistic outlook when faced with challenges.
- **Organizational Skills:** Detail-oriented and highly organized.
