Site Superintendent

Job Overview:
The Site Superintendent - Industrial Construction will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of construction projects. This includes ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise construction activities
* Set up the project site office and ensure all necessary documents are posted
* Direct field personnel to achieve project goals
* Maintain construction schedules and identify potential issues
* Review and approve materials and labor costs
* Ensure job site safety and promote safe work practices

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in General Contracting
* Experience with large-scale industrial projects
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Estimated Salary: $150,000 per year
