We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Designer/Architect to join our team at RCH Company Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the RIOS design process and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Deliver top-notch project task execution and strive to meet project goals and concepts set forth by studio leadership.
  • Use independent judgment to evaluate, select, or modify standard techniques within project criteria.
  • Communicate effectively with studio leadership and peers, asking appropriate questions when necessary.
  • Strive to ensure a high-quality design delivery through continued, self-guided learning of professional practice and discipline.
  • Foster a positive work environment among peers and teams, engaging in the office culture.
Requirements
  • Strong design skills and a passion for creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Construction documents and specification experience.
  • Construction administration experience, as well as experience coordinating with a range of consultants.
  • Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • REVIT experience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-4 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree or a Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with Autocad, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and REVIT.
Salary

$69,000 - $75,000 annually D.O.E.
