Responsibilities:

* Analyze and evaluate RF signals and develop recommendations for future collection operations
* Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff, and operational-level planning
* Conduct data mining for unknown linkages in existing information and maintain integrated database tracking systems
* Develop and disseminate standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validation criteria for personnel, entities, components, and Communities of Interest (COIs)
* Interpret Intelligence Community policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and objectives

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in analysis and reporting with in-depth demonstrated experience in RF signals research and target development
* Highly proficient understanding and wide application of RF technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field
* Experience with collection assets, with emphasis on access pursuit and recommending and implementing future collection operations
* Must be a self-starter, but will also work in a collaborative team environment to perform communications/user discovery using various processes, techniques, and tools to enable research and analysis of complex digital communications
