About this Opportunity

The Merchant Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance of key department documents and reporting. This individual will work closely with the Manager, Merch Ops and leadership team to transform data into critical information and knowledge. The Analyst will be responsible for creating, conducting, and delivering standardized and ad hoc reports to support business needs. This includes maintaining and updating established templates, delivering reports according to the team calendar, and building new reports and templates to support ad-hoc questions related to the operational side of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use Excel tools to produce relevant reports for all levels of the organization based on project or ad hoc requests.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and root causes in merchant-controlled processes.
  • Summarize and prepare findings for both executive and operational team use.
  • Perform ad hoc data pulls and analysis to solve one-off data inquiries.
  • Support the business in understanding and assessing new tools and reporting needs for the Merch Ops team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end reporting process.
  • Deliver accurate and timely pre-established Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to the organization.
