At Soliant Health, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in the Tacoma area.

Job Overview

This role involves providing speech therapy services for school-age students ranging from grades K-12 in a dynamic and supportive school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students with varying needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide direct and indirect services to students.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant.
  • An active or pending state SLPA license.
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
