Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our established Internal Medicine practice in Southwest New Mexico. This practice is part of a regional medical center and offers up-to-date technology and a modern office setting.
The ideal candidate will have clinical experience working in internal medicine or primary care, with a minimum of 6 months required. Familiarity with and comfort treating adult patients and managing chronic disease is essential. Ability to diagnose patients, refer to specialists if needed, prescribe and manage medications, and interpret lab results is crucial.
This is an outpatient position with no call or weekend hours. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:

- Paid time off and annual CEU allowance.
- Retirement plan and interview and relocation expenses.
- Student loan repayment program of $10,000 per year.
The successful candidate will possess national certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and completion of Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
