Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized physical therapy plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

• Provide clinical instruction and staff development to maintain a progressive and educationally motivated staff.

• Foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.

• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Nebraska or a compact state license required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Rehabilitation experience and a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
