Job Description
The Automotive Technician position requires a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing drivability and electrical systems, as well as mentoring and guiding your team towards increased customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, transmission fluid checks, and tire maintenance.
Install batteries and check electrical systems for any issues.
Road test vehicles to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
Install parts and make repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate with customers about their vehicles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of mechanical repair and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles.
