Healthcare Administration Director

The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our facility. This individual will assist in leading the planning process, direct the hiring and training of personnel, implement control systems, represent the facility at community meetings, monitor performance, and work closely with various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality care, employee retention, and financial performance.
- Lead the hiring and training process for new employees to ensure they meet the quality goals of the organization.
- Implement systems to ensure accountability of all departments and monitor performance for improvement.
- Represent the facility at community meetings and promote programs through various news media.
- Work closely with Operations, Clinical, Financial, Human Resources, and other areas within the company or as directed by the administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, a clinical specialty, or equivalent long-term care experience.
- RN preferred.
- License by the state or eligible for reciprocity as NHA.
- Two years' experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a long-term care facility or completion of an AIT program, preferred.
Our salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
