Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee our financial operations, including property taxes and insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the treasury department, ensuring timely payment of mortgages and debt, and managing the company credit card program. Additional responsibilities include assisting with insurance renewals, filing tax returns, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
* Cash management experience preferred
* Supervisory experience required
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
