Job Description:
As an Independent Optometrist at Sam's Club, you will have the autonomy to establish your own schedule, fees, and patient load. You will take a leading role in patient care, providing eye and vision exams, as well as general health and wellness services. You will also have access to equipment and instrumentation, administrative support, and opt-tech services (if state allowed).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school, a valid state optometry license, and General Liability Certificate. Additionally, you will need Professional Liability Insurance Certificate and a W-9 form.
