Landscaping Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman to join our team at Monarch Landscape Companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our landscape maintenance and construction services.

• Maintain company standards in all interactions with clients and personnel.
• Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings.
• Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites.
• Complete daily paperwork, including employee timesheets, recording of daily mileage, numbers of vehicles and equipment used, and billing sheets for any extra billable work.
• Perform landscape and street maintenance duties, including pruning, planting, and mowing.
• Initiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
• Communicate with Supervisor on topics such as crew members, equipment issues, and job-related concerns.

• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• Landscape experience - 2 years.
• Ability to pass company's driving requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Valid drivers' license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility.
