Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, responding to queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Build and maintain produce displays, showcasing a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Update price changes and signage accurately and efficiently.
- Unload and organize incoming orders, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Maintain department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards consistently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in the produce industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10–40lbs regularly.
- A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required.
