Qualifications:
  • MD/DO degree
  • Active medical license in any state
  • Board Certified in Radiation Oncology

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient simulations, develop radiation treatment plans, and prescribe appropriate therapies.
  • Provide direct clinical and administrative oversight for mid-level practitioners, physics, dosimetry, radiation therapists, and other assigned clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Radiation Oncology Service and other disciplines to support and implement policies, performance objectives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strive to enhance patient care quality within the Medical Center.
  • Design and execute treatment plans tailored to meet specific therapeutic goals.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver services efficiently, maintaining high-quality and cost-effective standards.
  • Participate in shared on-call responsibilities.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
