Job Description
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping others. You'll be responsible for conducting personalized assessments, educating customers on proper arch support, and recommending suitable products. Our Certified Arch Support Specialists are also trained to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a world-class experience that builds lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
* Attend and graduate from our two-week paid Arch Support Specialist Certification Training
* Conduct personalized assessments to understand customers' foot support needs
* Educate customers on the benefits of proper arch support and recommend suitable products
* Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to build lasting relationships
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
* Assist customers in trying different products to ensure a perfect fit

Requirements
* Proven sales success in a retail environment
* Strong customer service skills and an empathetic approach
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using a POS system and other basic computer skills
* Must be able to work fluctuating schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
