Key Responsibilities

  • Employ 3D design techniques to develop roadway, drainage, and Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) designs, calculations, and drawings.
  • Approach engineering challenges with creativity and propose effective solutions.
  • Draft comprehensive engineering reports.
  • Oversee, assign, and review the work of technicians and designers.
  • Act as the Engineer-of-Record for assigned projects.
  • Manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members, internal design groups, and external stakeholders, including clients and government agencies.
  • Present design proposals during internal meetings and contribute to discussions with external parties.
  • Foster the growth of team members through mentorship and positive engagement.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred or to be obtained within six months of employment.
  • Proficient in Microstation and OpenRoads software.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
