We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser Assistant to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Busser Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining and gaming areas, providing exceptional support to our bartenders and servers, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Area Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our dining and gaming areas, including the bus stand, wait stations, and restrooms.
- Support to Bartenders and Servers: Assist bartenders and servers with their duties, ensuring fast, friendly, and accommodating service to our guests.
- Guest Service: Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, refilling beverages, and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Party Setup and Breakdown: Assist with party setup and breakdown, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Adherence to Company Standards: Adhere to company sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members.
- Teamwork: Assist other team members as needed and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $16-$16 per hour.
