Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team at HalfSmoke. As a Barista, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to and anticipate guest needs, greet and thank each customer with a smile, and provide personalized service to create a welcoming store environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Follow HalfSmoke operational procedures and policies, including cash handling, safety and security, good personal hygiene, and teamwork and support.
  • Quality and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, provide quality food and beverages by adhering to recipes and standards, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals, maintain regular and punctual attendance, and take pride in store appearance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a food and beverage-focused setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Certified in Food Safety.
