As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, as well as assisting with the loading, running, and unloading of our dish machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes and kitchenware.
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems to management.
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to maintain a clean and organized dishroom.
- Assist other employees in cleaning and organizing the dishroom to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster to maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
