Painter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Painter to join our team at C&W Services. As a key member of our painting crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of painters in a safe and efficient manner, promoting a positive work environment and excellent customer service.
• Operate hand and power tools, as well as equipment such as ladders, scaffolds, and man-lifts, to complete painting tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, waste disposal, and hazard reporting.
• Develop and implement plans for large-scale painting projects, including color selection and application.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in painting and leadership roles is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating manuals, and procedure guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a fork lift and man-lifts.
