We are seeking a skilled Sushi Cook to join our team at Reunion Ktchn Bar. As a Sushi Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes with precision and artistry.

• Sushi Preparation: Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, including slicing fish, rolling sushi rice, and assembling sushi rolls with precision and creativity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sushi Chef to ensure all sushi dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi bar area, including equipment and utensils.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock and storage of ingredients.
• General Kitchen Duties: Help with general kitchen duties, including dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support and Teamwork: Support kitchen staff during peak periods by assisting with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Follow instructions from the Sushi Chef and Kitchen Manager to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while performing duties in a fast-paced environment.

• Education and Training: Completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
