  • Caseload Management: Effectively manage your caseload, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities as needed to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Operational Support: Assist with daily clinic operations, including administrative tasks, to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: No prior experience required for licensed PTs who meet graduation requirements.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to manage care episodes effectively, operate with integrity, and be a team player.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed PT in-state or candidate for licensure in-state.
