LifeSet Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LifeSet Specialist to join our team at Youth Villages. As a LifeSet Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing in-home counseling services to at-risk youth and families, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve stability and success.

• Provide in-home counseling services to at-risk youth and families, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Manage a small case load, working closely with youth, families, and other community members to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with youth, family, teachers, and other community members to ensure the success of the youth, attending court or meeting with teachers as needed.
• Provide after-hours support to youth and families, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the support they require.
• Attend weekly meetings for professional development, enhancing clinical skills and staying up-to-date on best practices in the field.

• Master's degree in a social services field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families, preferably in a clinical or counseling setting.
• Strong writing skills and experience with electronic documentation.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain an untraditional schedule, including evenings and weekends.
