Job Summary:

Aramark seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and manage a team of kitchen personnel to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations
  • Supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to meet the needs of our clients
  • Select and develop recipes to ensure consistent quality and flavor profiles
  • Standardize production recipes to ensure efficiency and consistency in food preparation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume food service environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
