Emergency Medicine Physician

As a Physician in Emergency Medicine at Sollis Health, you will provide expert, on-demand emergency medical care to our members in a serene and private environment. Our state-of-the-art centers, virtual telehealth visits, and house call program ensure that you will have the flexibility to work in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities- Perform medical evaluations and formulate treatment plans for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
- Lead the medical management of patients in our clinics, working closely with a team of PAs, nurses, and technicians to discuss your assessment.
- Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including obtaining clinical samples, performing point-of-care testing, and providing general symptom management.
- Work closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure all policies are adhered to and that you deliver quality care in an innovative setting.
- Make patients and family members comfortable, patiently and professionally answering any questions they have and using patient-centered empathetic communication at all times.
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University.
- Physician state license and ability to practice in the state of New York.
- Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency and emergency medicine board certification required.
- 2+ years experience as a physician in the emergency department and/or urgent care center after your residency required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $185-$190 for New York candidates.
