We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago South-Lansing. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our complimentary hot breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet area, including replenishing food and beverage items as needed.
- Interact with hotel guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including trays, condiments, and serving platters.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
