About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Castro Valley, California. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy and rehabilitation services to patients, promoting their recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate clinical expertise while evaluating patients, identifying diagnoses, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
- Perform age-appropriate skills with respect to individual patient needs.
- Follow established protocols and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation procedures.
- Discharge patients when goals have been met or medical necessity no longer warrants intervention.
Requirements:
- Active state license as a physical therapist
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- 6 months of PT experience within the last 5 years
