Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Texas.
  • Proficiency in computer software used for documentation and report preparation.
  • Associate degree in physical therapy or related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and adherence to HIPAA legislation and patient privacy laws.
  • Experience working with sensitive patient information and records.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware issues related to speech pathology tools.
  • Physical stamina to work primarily in a standing position and lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, family members, and staff.
  • Attention to detail and accountability when handling and documenting patient information.
