  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass an EPA test
  • Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a warehouse setting
  • Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools
