- Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Valid driver's license
- Pass an EPA test
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a warehouse setting
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools
