Cashier Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling cash transactions
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Multitask and prioritize tasks to include processing cash transactions, packaging orders, and completing cleaning duties
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized
• Desire to continuously improve cashier skills and knowledge
• Working knowledge of computers
• Enjoy working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Cashier Essential Functions

• Taking and assembling orders
• Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and wiping down tables and chairs
• Removing trash and carrying it to the bin
• Refilling ice bins
• Carrying tea and coffee containers
• Preparing food

Cashier Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 35 pounds
• Standing 90% of the shift
• Sitting can be done while taking orders only

Cook Responsibilities

• Willing to learn how to cook and prepare products to standard
• Ability to use judgment on cooking and serving quality products
• Willing to be cross-trained to cook foods at several stations
• Ability to cook and assemble products accurately with a sense of urgency
• Able to keep the work area neat, clean, and organized
• Enjoy working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Cook Essential Functions

• Cooking products
• Assembling orders
• Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms
• Cleaning dishes
• Removing trash
• Filtering fryers
• Cleaning equipment
• Food preparation

Cook Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 35 pounds
• Standing 90% of the shift
• No sitting
