Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and services to SERV consumers, utilizing a patient-centered approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Lead and manage staff as assigned, delegating tasks and coordinating care to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide training and education to staff and consumers, promoting knowledge and skills in behavioral healthcare.
  • Oversee case management, conduct medical assessments, review medical records, and administer medication as needed.

Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Licensed to practice nursing in the state of New Jersey.
  • Current CPR/FA certification.
  • Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence with no more than 5 points on the driving record.
