Job Title: Therapist (Multisystemic Therapies MST)

Anthony's Villa is seeking a highly skilled Therapist to join our team. As a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering targeted, community-based treatment to youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive MST assessments, engaging with families and key stakeholders to identify and address systemic strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement detailed treatment plans using the MST Analytic Process, encompassing problem conceptualization, strategic interventions, and ongoing outcome evaluations.
  • Maintain precise and accessible treatment records that facilitate peer and supervisory review and demonstrate adherence to MST principles and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with all relevant systems and stakeholders to secure their cooperation and support throughout the treatment process.
  • Provide direct therapeutic services employing techniques consistent with MST standards and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Current Licensure: Must possess an unrestricted LSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Ohio.
  • Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in clinical counseling of youth and families, with a preference for expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, strategic family therapy, and behaviorally-based treatments.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and to operate independently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Professional Development: Committed to continuous professional growth and strict adherence to the MST model.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary, as this role requires frequent travel to client homes and community locations.
