Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their wireless needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technology and products, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
