- Clean common area appliances, such as washing machines and dryers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs beyond your capability to the property manager or maintenance team.
- Monitor the property for safety hazards and security concerns, reporting any issues promptly to the property manager.
- Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns or requests promptly.
- Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the property manager when supplies need to be replenished.
- Adhere to safety protocols, property rules, and regulations, ensuring all cleaning and maintenance tasks are performed in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Previous experience in Janitorial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to follow them.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A valid Driver's License is required to complete the essential functions of the position.
