Magical Moments ABA is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
Job SummaryThe RBT will work closely with clients on the Autism spectrum, providing direct support and services in their homes, schools, and community settings. The treatment program will be based on the principles of ABA and will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct instruction and programs to increase communication, daily living skills, social skills, play skills, and more.
- Manage challenging behaviors and develop strategies to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Support clients with Autism in their homes, schools, and community settings, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Collaborate with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and school staff to ensure effective program implementation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and the therapy team.
- Collect accurate data on client progress using Central Reach and maintain accurate records.
- Complete required trainings and adhere to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
- Travel to and from client homes and other service locations.
