We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • One year of experience in emergency nursing or a related field preferred
  • Current RN license required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
  • Medium work - exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly
