We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our Physical Therapy department.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, sports, and neurological conditions. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the Physical Therapy department
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably in a hospital or health system
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
