Job Summary:

The Nurse Specialist provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental health, and report any concerns to the physician.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
