Barista Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team at Jay's Coffee & Cuisine. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our customers, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to patrons.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is well-kept.
• Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations on coffee and food selections.
• Process payments accurately and operate a cash register proficiently.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt service of food and drinks to customers.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and ensure food and beverages meet quality standards.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols is an advantage.
