Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your primary responsibility will be to implement treatment plans, collect data, and document client progress.

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
• Work closely with supervising BCBAs and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBAs
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and enable informed treatment decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans

• 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a caregiving or paraprofessional role
• Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
